Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with clear images or videos of the product and its packaging as proof. Once our team reviews and approves the request, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.

Please note that products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund. Due to the nature of our products, returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or personal preferences are not accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
